- 1.
do not claim my art or designs as your own work. properly credit me when you share an art or design piece created by me.

- 2.
do not trace, copy, or steal my art and designs.

- 3.
commissions will be paid for after the sketch. you can cancel the commission if all i have completed the sketch. if you would like a refund after i have started lineart, you will be refunded 75% of what you paid.

- 4.
if i am unable to complete a commission, you will be refunded in full.

- 5.
designs can be slightly altered so they can still be recognized. accessories can be added/taken away at the owner’s will.

- 6.
if you would like to change something on an art piece of mine, please comment on my wall or message me. i will either give you permission to edit it yourself or i will fix the issue for you.

- 7.
i strive for customer satisfaction. i am willing to change things in a commission for free. however, if i have to make changes 4 or more times i will ask you to pay an additional fee.

- 8.
do not sell my designs for more than you purchased them for, unless there is added worth from extra art.

- 9.
adopts can be preclaimed on toyhouse, but bidding will not start until i post the adopts on amino.

- 10.
i am very lenient and will not block you for a first offense. continuously breaking my tos will result in being blacklisted, although i doubt that will happen :) please just follow my rules!!
